Took the 2020 Explorer in for 30K service & LOF. Also advised Steve Heinking of two electrical issues. System was diagnosed and found that the battery was at life's end. New battery was installed & Also advised Steve Heinking of two electrical issues. System was diagnosed and found that the battery was at life's end. New battery was installed & electrical issues were corrected. Also, a leaking axle seal was observed and replaced under warranty. Steve kept me abreast of costs and time required to fix the problem.
