Took the 2020 Explorer in for 30K service & LOF. Also advised Steve Heinking of two electrical issues. System was diagnosed and found that the battery was at life's end. New battery was installed & Also advised Steve Heinking of two electrical issues. System was diagnosed and found that the battery was at life's end. New battery was installed & electrical issues were corrected. Also, a leaking axle seal was observed and replaced under warranty. Steve kept me abreast of costs and time required to fix the problem. Great service advisor. Recommend using him for any Ford service you may have. Thanks again. More
