Coconut Point's QUICK LANE service is very disappointing. They quoted low for 30k miles service and it tried charging me $400 more when I arrived to pickup my F150. A week later I noticed they hadn't reset the maintenance reminder so had to go back twice for that (first time Quick Lane referred me to service dept who quickly reset). 3 weeks after service I started getting a low battery warning so they never checked the battery apparently. 5 weeks later I noticed something hanging off the bottom of my truck and it was the splash shield which was poorly rigged up with wire. Even if they didn't break the shield they should have alerted me to this when they performed the service. I called and left a detailed message for Dillon who never returned my call. Jorge was the service advisor I dealt with initially. Very Poor Service! I'd recommend going to another competent dealer. Chris W More

Dishonest. Sales department said it would take care of a day running light that wasn't working soon after purchase. Service manager parked my truck around back, had me wait 2 hours just to give me a $2500 estimate, he knew would be the outcome from the beginning. Sales changed their story and said they would not cover the repair. Could have been honest with me up front instead of jerking me around for two hours. More
