Caveat Emptor. Sold me a vehicle with tires suffering from dry rot. 157 point inspection- bah. No dealer response, replaced tires. So total time, including having to fill the tires with air every morning, probably in the 16 hour range. More

Bought a 2016 Mazda Miata. Day after I purchased, low tire pressure indicator came on. Filled the right front tire, lasted a day, filled again and took the car to a tire service establishment. Replaced tire pressure indicator came on. Filled the right front tire, lasted a day, filled again and took the car to a tire service establishment. Replaced valve stem & was informed that the tires were suffering from dry rot. Take it easy and the tires should last. Sent text to dealer, ignored. Next day, low tire pressure again. This time left rear. Sent text again, ignored again. Called, manager never returned call. Replaced tires - $800 setback. Caveat Emptor. Don’t trust their x point inspection, get an independent inspection. More

We are very unhappy with Coconut Point Ford. We bought an Escape there about 3 1/2 years ago. We added the 5 year maintenance plan and the "Butler", the premium paint protection plan. After we bought an Escape there about 3 1/2 years ago. We added the 5 year maintenance plan and the "Butler", the premium paint protection plan. After we bought it we stopped by for a promotion they were having. They really pressured us into upgrading. When the salesman couldn't convince us another person tried until I finally said "NO!" Then we started getting calls from the salesman trying to get us to trade our Escape. I told him, that were weren't interested in trading and please don't call us again. After the salesman called again we had to call Coconut Point Ford and told the manager to tell him to stop calling us. In September we made a trip back to Plymouth, IN where we lived before moving to Florida 5 years ago. We stopped in to Oliver Ford to visit friends we had made there over the years. While there we saw an Explorer on the lot that we liked. We test drove it and fell in love with the car. We traded the Escape for the Explorer. Oliver's told us that we should get a refund on the unused portion of the maintenance, which we did get. That still left 2 sessions left on the Butler, which Coconut Point Ford would not honor. I feel they should have compensated us for at least one of the Butler treatment. Between the high pressured salesman and not getting the rest of the Butler treatments, we are really disappointed in Coconut Point Ford, especially after dealing with another "Top Class" Ford dealership. More

I have purchased vehicles from area Audi, Mercedes and Lexus dealers (Mercedes was not satisfactory) and Coconut Point Ford is excellent. Great people, great communication.
