The service department accommodated me very quickly even though I didn't have an appointment. My family was going to travel up to Indiana to visit when I noticed an oil leak. My Bronco arrived! I ordered it year(s) ago when Ford starting taking $100 deposits online. Campbell, their Interenet Sales Manager, is fantastic. He kept me up to d I ordered it year(s) ago when Ford starting taking $100 deposits online. Campbell, their Interenet Sales Manager, is fantastic. He kept me up to date as best he could with updates from Ford and once we realized that I would not receive a 2021 allotment, he encouraged me to come in and see the 1 or 2 on the lot that were awaiting pickup. I ended up changing my configuration as a result of that and glad that I had the opportunity to do so. Pick-up and financing was pretty easy - even though I ended-up registering the Bronco in MA where my primary home is. I am still waiting for the MA plates but expect them in a few weeks. (MA is its own country when it comes to vehicle registrations). Thank you Campbell and team Cocount Pont Ford! More
I ordered a 2022 Maverick from Coconut Pointe in Aug. of 2021. I received my Maverick on Jan. 20th of 2022. All because of production delays, not Coconut Pointe Ford. I work almost everyday, so I said I could be there 20th about 2:30 pm. I was there a little early, and Tom Spicer was waiting. I had a trade, he quoted me a price for the total transaction and showed me what they were giving me for my Challenger. It was a fair price. It was the easiest automobile buy I have ever done. It took 60 to 65 minutes total. I also had them finance the Maverick. Tom said it would have been quicker if I would have sent my info to him before I came in. My fault. A friend recommended me to Coconut Point. I have never owned a new Ford before. So this experience has made me very pleased. The Maverick was spotless on delivery too! Kudos to the prep people!!! So impressed. More
