First time customer and first oil change on F150. Service advisor was outstanding explaining all the options and how the center works, A+. Very happy with the cost, timing and service at this point. The next morning in residence garage, there was four places where oil, (fresh) had leaked. If the belly pan of the F150 is NOT removed it will collect oil and drain for a few days. Looked under and as expected, the drain holes of the belly pan were leaking oil. Returned to dealership, explained problem to different service advisor, again, very professional and understanding, knew exactly what had NOT been done. Immediately had F150 in shop and instructed tech to remove pan and whip out oil residue. Always time to do over, never time to do it right the first time. More
I purchased my 2019 Ford Escaoe on March 3,2023 The man who shoed me the vehicle (Ralph) was professional, However he gave me 1 set of Keys I told him the 20016 Ford Edge I turned in I gave the 2 keys. He told me they would send the second set of keys in the mail, After a month and 2 weeks I have not received the second set of keys. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Coconut Point Ford and this is the first issue I have had with your organization. I bought a 2023 Maverick on the X plan. When I went to pick it up the internet sales manager told me that X plan changed and there was no price deference from listprice only dealer prep was When I went to pick it up the internet sales manager told me that X plan changed and there was no price deference from listprice only dealer prep was less. I guestions this as. Y wife ought a new escape under the X plan ln Illinois. I called the sales manager ( Kevin) . He was under the impression that I wanted a better price than the X plan. He said I had to pay the X plan price. I asked if he would show methe X plan price .I told hi that I would call him back shortly to tell him when I was coming. Will in 15 minutes the internet sales manage call back and told e that the X plan price was$446.89 LESTand they would sen me a check which they did.But that’s not all . I ordered a conslsole vault app pro. Cost $343.00 thatwasn’ on the car but I was charged for it. They said they would sent me a check but I have not recievedit yet. That’s appxo. $800.
