Made the service appointment online at leaset a month ahead of time. Got to the service department and was asked if I made the appointment online, which I did. I guess you're not suppose to do that. I wa ahead of time. Got to the service department and was asked if I made the appointment online, which I did. I guess you're not suppose to do that. I was told they were booked 4 weeks out. The service rep was nice enough about it and said that my service only required me to use the quick lane. 3 hours later I got my oil changed battery checked and was on my way. Got home and I get an email from Ford saying they were sorry I missed my appointment. I quess I should just be happy I got it done. More
