They resolved my power steering issue under warranty but it took almost a month and communications are horrid. You can't call into the service center because the phones lines are messed up, apparently. They it took almost a month and communications are horrid. No communication via email, phone call, or any other method about the status of my truck for three weeks without me visiting the location for an update. Pretty frustrating to say the least. More
