I booked my service via your website. When I checked in with the service advisor she said the price for service I chosen had gone up. Please update website service fees so this doesn’t happen in the future. On the plus side, this dealership is visibly stunning. Excellent waiting area, bonus points for the coffee machine and massage chairs ! More

Melissa was amazing and personable and the team was able to find the issue with my car and replace the broken part. I was however disappointed with the car wash that I received. The dealer uses creative financing to play with the numbers. I guess like most do. I was offered $12000.00 for my vehicle. Then it became $11500.00 plus tax savings. I felt that the offer should have been honored plus tax savings. I was verbally told by the salesman that we would get free oil changes .aybe for 1 year, that did not happen. After telling me a second key would cost $250.00 which I found unbelievable since Amazon was selling o e for $29.99, I felt it an opportunity to be ripped off. The salesman said he would see what he could do and call me back. No call back. I expected that since he was new to car sales and was young. I noticed while at the dealership he would walk away to joke with his fiend, I was getting the impression he was willing to say anything to get a sale For a new dealership, I would have thought customer service would be first. The finance manager ager was very knowledgeable and communicated clearly in a non high pressure way. I appreciated his I tercation with us and felt him to be trustworthy. More
