She was caring, and really just wanted to give my family the best price. She was very knowledgeable with all of the types of cars and what they had to offer and did not give up with what my parents were asking for. I contacted her in the morning with a car I saw online and 12 hours later the keys were mine. Definitely not the easiest process but one of the best experiences. Renee, you were super helpful & thank you for everything you did. This 2018 Hyundai Elantra is my first ever vehicle and we got such an amazing deal for a great car. We found many times, so unfortunately that honesty was put aside! We were surprised recently, when looking to Lease a Hyundai for my wife, that the frustration, long time, and complicated experience of leasing a car did not happen at all! We called Hyundai in Coconut Creek and spoke a very nice Salesperson by the name of Renee. Well, let me tell you, WHAT A DIFFERENCE! WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Renee in a few minutes texted us back some of the information that we eventually would be looking for. Since the first phone call with Renee, we could feel that we were dealing with a very honest person, passionate for the work that she did, and above all so courteous and friendly! We texted Renee many times and she always responded very promptly guiding us on the search for the SUV, making suggestions and following up with us when we could not immediately respond back. Once we told her of our final decision on the Santa Fe Model, Renee immediately started working on a good Lease Deal which would meet the expectations of our family budget. She sent us links to the vehicle, discounted its price fulfilling our many requests, and they indeed were many! Renee, without any doubt, went above and beyond her call of duty to graciously respond to our innumerous queries always guiding us with Top Excellence. Well, again, WHAT A DIFFERENCE! We were looking into other brands of SUV’s as well and at other Hyundai dealerships, but we did not receive from any of those the same level of service and positive attitude with a smile that was given to us by Renee! The trait of honesty seemed to us not to be present on their minds! They were pressing us to visit their dealership and overlooking our needs. My fourth but last car ever from these people. Simply put-this dealership has gone downhill. I had a four year lease coming due in a few months and in March of this year, Peter (sales mgr. I think Simply put-this dealership has gone downhill. I had a four year lease coming due in a few months and in March of this year, Peter (sales mgr. I think) called me to tell me that Hyundai had a "Pull it forward" program" which forgives the last three months of your lease if you buy (or lease) a new 2020 Hyundai. So I did that and got a new 2020 Sonatq SEL on April 23, 2020 from Coconut Creek Hyundai and turned in the 2016 (with less than 21,000 miles in four years!). Meanwhile.on May 18, 2020, Hyundai Finance took a $300 payments out of my wife's checking account which was tied to the Hyundai I just turned in. When I called Hyundai Finance they told me Coconut Creek Hyundai was still responsible for the 2016 vehicle. Although the 2020 was already funded to Coconut Creek Hyundai on April 28 they never turned in the proper "Pull it forward" paperwork so Hyundai Finance took the payment out of OUR account. I then spoke with someone in Finance at Coconut Creek Hyundai named Rol (my God, is this guy an idiot!) and he was supposed to get back to me after they figured out how they screwed it up. He never called back. I kept leaving messages for Peter who was the one who kept calling me to get a new Hyundai because of this "Fantastic Deal" they've got going on. That weasel never called back and instead passed my messages on to the salesman who was David. David was supposed to call back with a resolution. He never did. So they still owe me $300 and are not going to do anything about it. In addition, they admitted to overcharging me for my tag and as of today I have still not received the $ 75 they owe me. I have called about it several times and their excuse is "we are very busy-we'll send the check next week". Enough with the lying and the BS!! Yes, it is a very nice car but certainly the last I ever get from these folks. More

From the very beginning on May 30, 2020 when I first called Coconut Creek Hyundai nothing was accurate. My call was answered by David he was going to find out information for me and call me back Renee called me back, saying David was busy, have to question why did he answer the phone in the first place?? It only got worse from there. Renee promptly told me to hurry in tomorrow May 31, 202 because it was the last day of early lease termination for ANY car, I told her I did not have a Hyundai she said it did not matter they were taking ALL MAKES AND MODELS for early termination. I thought that’s great so I made an appointment with her for 2 PM. She gave me her cell phone number in case of any change. I had decided to go earlier but when I texted her, she did not respond. That should have been my first clue. I changed other appointments to keep my original one with her, being that I did not receive an answer back. She finally called me when she got into work to make sure I was still coming in, I told her I had texted her but did not hear back, so I would see her at the original time. She asked if I was going to another dealer and not to sign anything until I saw her. I showed up on time met with her, went thru the questions and picked out a car. I told her what was important to me in a car one thing being a front sensor to beep if you are getting too close to an object. She assured me it was in the car. We came down to numbers…guess what, she made a mistake the early termination was only for Hyundai, not ANY car as she led me to believe. The numbers were too high for me so I started to leave when I was approached by David from the cooperate office. He said let me see what I can do! My mistake was letting him do that! I had David speak with my brother for the negotiation process, when they got off the call David proceeded to insult him by saying he did not know what he was talking about. YOU DO NOT insult a potential buyer family!! We went back and forth for hours, test drove the upgrade model got more pricing and told David I could not afford that, he decided I could without even knowing my finances!!! When David asked me my nationality, which I found to be a very disturbing question and wondered what that has to do with buying a car?????? Could this be a form of discrimination?????? He also asked if anyone else was with me and if I was alone????? I repeatedly asked the percentage rate only to be told it is done in financing and he had no idea. Finally settled on a monthly cost I was comfortable with, by now it was 5 hours later. Got to finance, the interest rate was too high had already given my deposit, was told by A.J. that there was nothing else they could do for me and handed me my keys from my car. Went to leave and David intervened again and we finished the sale. THIS WAS THE WORSE CAR BUYING EXPERIECE I HAVE EVERY HAD, UNFORTUNATELY IT DOES NOT GET BETTER. In the deal we made I was told the dealership would pay me for my remaining lease payments and they will send me a check according to Renee in a few days. That too has proven to be WRONG!! On June 5, 2020 I left 2 messages for finance, no return call, on 06/06/2020 I finally reached Alex he said about a month. Another inconsistency, Renee said a few days now it’s a month. I left a message for the general manager Stan, no call back from him but AJ Hasty did call me back and wanted to sell me the upgraded car because the car I purchased did NOT come with the front end sensor as I was by told Renee. She knew it was so important to me and she assured me it had it. If a sales person do NOT know the car they need to learn it and find out before selling it to someone. Yet another inconsistency. Now I have a car without the features I find important. AJ Hasty had said he was aware of the check and would have it to me in less than the month, that too was not correct. This entire experience has been extremely stressful and now 2 and ½ weeks later I still do not have the check. There have been numerous text messages between myself and AJ. On Monday June 15, 2020 AJ said he hoped to have it and did not know why he did not. How can they not know this? This is all inexcusable, no way to run a car dealership. June 16, 2020 I was told by AJ he would contact me by 12:30, at 1:00 I texted him to get an update. He responded and asked if Renee emailed me. She did not. He then proceeded to tell me the check was mailed June 9. 2020. Why did he not find this out on Monday when he kept telling me he did not know why the accounting department was not bringing him the check??? He never even bothered to find out where the check was on Monday, but rather waited for Renee to return to work on Tuesday and have her find out. I called the dealership to talk to him and Renee came on the phone and again said the check was mailed June 12, 2020 but maybe it was mailed to Volvo instead of me. I need answers and am unable to get them and I do not have the check to pay off my lease as promised. AJ said it should not have been handled this way, it should have been subtracted from the money I had to pay them. Then there was the Bluelink Renee had to set up. Not a surprise that was not done correctly either. She insisted it takes 24-48 hours WRONG again. A different salesperson helped set it up another day I was there and it was set up correctly. They were to change my seats to leather; I would be given a loaner car when I dropped the car off. Another inconsistency, THEY DO NOT HAVE LOANERS AS PROMISED BY RENEE. She promised to call me back later in the day on June 1, 2020 with an appointment for the leather. Wrong again..service had to call me back, she gave it to who she thought was named Roxanne and if I did not hear from her I was to call her the next day. Of course, I did not hear from her when I called there was no Roxanne there. I then had to find out who was supposed to call me because Renee gave me the wrong name. I found out it was Rebecca. Spoke with Rebecca and made the appointment, that when I found out they do not have loaners, but I would get a car from Enterprise and have to give them my credit card for the deposit but the dealership would pay for it. When I went to pick up the car the wrong color leather was in the car, it had to be done over. I was promised to be reimbursed by the service manager Bruce Warzoha the amount of days my car was there. I am also waiting for that check. I have left him 2 messages and no return call. I see a pattern here of no customer service from the mangers too. Numerous times I have let them know this is the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I have to wonder if it is because I am a woman who went car shopping alone????? UPDATE Finally received my check in the mail. I have NEVER been treated so rudely by anyone as I have by this dealership. If I can stop just one person from being treated this way, I will have been worth writing this lengthy review. BUYER BEWARE!! Thanks to Rebecca in the service department, I did hear from Bruce that my other check is there and is waiting for me to pick it up. I do need to give a BIG THANK YOU to Ethan Abir a new salesman who was kind and nice enough to spend time and share his knowledge of my car when my actual salesperson did not. More
Worst service ever I love my Ioniq, but taking it to this dealership to be service is a nightmare. I've never had to wait LESS than 4 hours to get the car serviced. They are disorganized and pretty much disfunctional. I just saw they have a senior discount, but have never offered it to me. Yesterday I went in to find out why my car is making a very disturbing noise. I had an appointment for 1:00. They took the car and questioned me about the issue. I went inside to wait. 1-1/2 later someone came over and said, "Ok, what is the problem with your car?" I was livid! I was waiting for 1-1/2 hours without someone even looking at the car. I said that one little thing they could do to improve their service is that when no one can look at it for 1-1/2 to mention it when the car is brought in. Then I left. Hopefully I can find another dealership where they respect their customer's time. If you value yours, you will go somewhere else. More

Took vehicle had item stolen off key set. Reported incident to manager Michael See who stayed that there is nothing that could be done. Purchased two vehicles and referred another to this location but will no longer do business with said location. Rather spend the time effort to go to Delray or Plantation. Please be careful if you choose to do business with this location as they will steal items from you and when called out on such actions take no responsibility. More
