Well, the old saying held true here, "if it looks too good to be true, than it probably is". I went to their website and found a great deal on a car with a fabulous price. It was under their "Specials" good to be true, than it probably is". I went to their website and found a great deal on a car with a fabulous price. It was under their "Specials" tab. I couldn't figure out why the price was so good as it was substantially lower than the same model/trim/year prices I was finding elsewhere, including their own lot. Car fax was clean, 1 owner, low miles. I figured it had been there a while and they needed to move it. I studied the pictures and then drove to the dealership to see if it was still there. I parked right next to the vehicle as I recognized it from the pictures right away. Same color, exact same interior (which was a very unique two-tone), same year listed on the windshield, etc. I walked in as no one came out and I asked to see it. The salesman came out and I asked him why the vehicle was still here at that price. He told me he didn't know and that he would have to check on it. I went ahead and test drove it, liked it, was going to buy it. We went in and pulled it up on line. He then stated, "oh, the car you are looking at online I sold two days ago. The one you drove is $3500 higher." He stated that he even sold that vehicle for higher than the internet price. Classic bait and switch. They "sold" the exact same vehicle, same model, year, trim, unique interior, mileage, two days earlier and never took it off the internet? And you are selling vehicles for higher than what you are listing them on the internet for? Come on people. You are the reason people hate dealing with car salesman and hate buying cars. The unfortunate thing for this dealership, is that I was there to buy several vehicles for my company. I will NEVER set foot in this place again. Bait and switch tactics are alive and well in Coconut Creek, FL More
NEVER BUY AND SERVICE YOUR CAR IN THIS DEALERSHIP! !! I bought a car Hyundai Elantra on October 26, 2023 in the Coconut Creek dealership. In the beginning of the March 2024 two horns of this car stopp !! I bought a car Hyundai Elantra on October 26, 2023 in the Coconut Creek dealership. In the beginning of the March 2024 two horns of this car stopped working. From that moment, I visited the dealership Coconut Creek Hyundai several times to know when this defect could be fixed. Every time I was told they had no these horns. I was asked to wait a few more days. A few days passed, but nothing has changed. After that, I turned to the service manager, who also could not give at least an approximate date of repair of my car. After that, I decided to apply to Hyundai Motor America. The HMA opened the case #230…. After many negotiations, I was promised that in four days dealership would receive these horns. Four days later, I tried calling the service manager to see if the horns had arrived, but no one answered or returned my call. My next trips to the dealership also did not yield anything. I did not get any information about ETA of these parts. After a while, I called HMA again and found out that my case was closed. No one could explain to me why my case was closed. The HMA opened a new case #23314… It was promised that in a week horns would arrive. Nothing came to the dealership. I went to the dealership again and spoke to the parts manager. He promised to call me back with ETA, but he did not call. I got call and text from HMA saying that they were on my case and promise to solve the problem soon. Finally, on Friday June 06, 2024, I received a call from HMA 714 410 4321 saying that they could not indicate ETA. Therefore, for three months, HMA and Coconut Creek dealership has been unable to fix the simplest defect in my car. What will happen if my car will have problems that are more serious? THIS IS A LEMON CAR! This dealership wastes my time and nerves! He is defaming the reputation and image of Hyundai. When contacting me about my problem, the general manager told me that the dealership is not responsible for the malfunction, and that I should contact the manufacturer, although I bought the car new from the dealership. It's been almost 5 months now and no one can or wants to fix my problem. More

I originally brought my car in to have my windows fixed (passenger & rear window weren't rolling up or down) on 10/4/23. At that time, the problem was misdiagnosed, as my windows stopped working again once (passenger & rear window weren't rolling up or down) on 10/4/23. At that time, the problem was misdiagnosed, as my windows stopped working again once I brought the car home. I was then told I had to wait another month until 11/8/23 to bring the car in again. Finally on that date, after a 2+ hour wait, the service advisor (Frank Picciotti) finally told me that they didn't have the part that was needed to do the job, and that he had no idea when it was going to come in. I acknowledged what he stated, and then after waiting another 45 minutes for them to return my car back so that I could leave, I went into Frank's office to inquire as to why it was taking so long to deliver my car. I was subsequently greeted by him with a very rude "WHO ARE YOU???" When I told him my name, he then yelled back in a 'what's the matter with you' tone of voice "THEY STILL HAVE TO PUT THE DOOR PANEL BACK!!!" (45 minutes to do this, are you serious???). I then walked out of his office and asked to speak with a manager who then walked into the shop area and immediately got my car back, but again stating he had no idea as to when the part was going to come in. I have filed a complaint with their corporate office, as they have now failed to fix my car on two consecutive occasions and on top of that are treating me like I'm some kind of bum off the streets asking for a handout instead of a long-standing customer. Be aware! Do not buy your Hyundai from here! Family and relatives have purchased four different vehicles from here. We brought our 2022 Hyundai venue to the bo Do not buy your Hyundai from here! Family and relatives have purchased four different vehicles from here. We brought our 2022 Hyundai venue to the body shop and had it repaired there through the other person's insurance. Took 40 days to get the vehicle back and had to fight to get back our rental reimbursement due to their lack of communication with the insurance company. Upon that being rectified, the rear bumper cover has some major flaws in it. Richard and Brian Baker who is the director took pictures of it and stated that is a defective bumper cover. So you would think they would replace it and honor their lifetime warranty on their work. They tried to say the insurance company has to pay for an oem cover however I have several emails with the insurance carrier she was willing to try to help but because Brian failed to send her any information a supplement she eventually said she really is not responsible because it is their fault. I spoke with Brian a few times and sent emails and he said he was going to work on it and send me evidence of any kind of emails and he never did. Think about it you're going to a supposedly a reputable Body Shop don't you think that they should notice a defective bumper cover and then the painter must have noticed how it came out. You got paid a crap load of money and yet you installed a defective bumper cover according to you. As far as I know it was not painted properly. At this point I will be leaving reviews on dealerator Facebook Instagram and anywhere else. I have evidence proof of several emails which has been ignored. I reached out to Brian and he will not return my calls because he is guilty of poor craftsmanship. This is also breach of contract. You provided service with a guarantee a warranty and failing to honor it. Brian Baker you are not a man of your word you have no integrity! You know who this is blue 2022 Hyundai venue. You have my phone number and email. More

Called to check on status on Wed 7:30am on Tuesday spoke with Alex Castaño, asst. serv. manager. Assigned to Jessie Leto, serv. tech. Rented a car. Called to check on status on Wednesday around 3pm. Left different messages for both Alex and Jessie. No call back. Pulled the vehicle on Thursday at 10am. It had not been touched. Over 48 hours since drop off. Note - I had asked to see if resetting the engine light would solve the problem since I had played with the gas cap. That would have taken 2 minutes. Never done. More
