Long story short, the service advisor was one of the most horrible people I've ever dealt with AND the repairs were not done correctly. The service department here is absolutely terrible. If you are used to decent service, do not come to this service department. More
Another dealer that doesn't care I bought a 2011 camry which by the specs requires synthetic oil. I have taken the car to them for all oil changes every 10,0000 miles just like Toyot I bought a 2011 camry which by the specs requires synthetic oil. I have taken the car to them for all oil changes every 10,0000 miles just like Toyota recommends. Yesterday after getting my oil changed for 90,000; I noticed on the receipt that the oil they used was conventional 5w-20. I asked the service tech why they didn't use the recommend synthetic, he looked back and informed me that since the 60,000 mile service they have been using conventional. He said it was good for the car as long as I changed it more often. I was very upset, that they made this change and never informed me. When I got home and told my wife she said that one of her co workers had the exact same thing happen... I will never use this service center again. You cannot trust them. More
On Friday afternoon, my check engine light came on. I called Cobb County Toyota and spoke with Steve who told me to come right down. Upon my arrival, Steve greeted me and quickly took my vehicle into the called Cobb County Toyota and spoke with Steve who told me to come right down. Upon my arrival, Steve greeted me and quickly took my vehicle into the shop for diagnosis. The repairs could not be completed until the following morning, so Steve provided me with a loaner car to drive until my vehicle was ready. I am pleased with the level of service that I received, and would recommend Cobb County Toyota to anyone. More

Horrible Service Last week my wife scheduled and brought Horrible Service Last week my wife scheduled and brought our 2013 Toyota highlander in for it’s first 5000 mile check up. From my experience with pu Horrible Service Last week my wife scheduled and brought our 2013 Toyota highlander in for it’s first 5000 mile check up. From my experience with purchasing my Highlander I had no doubts that my car would be in the right hands with Cobb County Toyota, I was sadly mistaken. My wife who is 8 months pregnant brought in our car, her service writer on this visit was Zach Claybrooks. My wife informed Mr. Claybrooks that she only wanted an ASE certified mechanic to work on our car. ASE stands for Automotive Service Excellence, people with these certifications are highly trained and can be trusted with their knowledge and integrity to do the job right. After servicing our Highlander I spoke with Mr. Claybrooks on the phone and asked him to make sure during the process of rotating my tires that nothing was scratched or damaged since my wife couldn’t bend over to inspect herself. I was told that everything went well and to bring the car in again for it’s 10,000 mile service. Once I arrived home from work later that day I noticed getting out of my car that one of my wheels were scratched, this was very obvious. When I started looking further All of my wheels were damaged badly and looked like someone blatantly did the damage. It looked like a “Nascar” pit crew had put my wheels on. Not only were my all of my wheels scratched and damaged, but there was also grease on the door and floor mat. I brought my car in the next day and spoke with Mr. Claybrooks about the damage. Jimmy Smith who is the assistant service manager informed me to drive the car in for inspection. Once inside they evaluated the obvious damage to my Highlander. Mr. Smith informed me that I would have to come back and speak with Dennis Zullo to approve replacing my wheels. Mr. Smith was not “ Customer friendly” and was very rude and disrespectful to me. I asked Mr. Smith to document the damage so I had it on paper when I returned, I was told “I can’t do that.” When asked again Mr. Smith seemed like I was more of a nuisance than a customer and begun writing down on the back of a business card about my visit, not at all professional. Finally Zach Helped with writing an invoice to show I was “ In the service department” and printed an invoice for me to return. Today I called and contacted Dennis Zullo “ Service manager” to properly assess this situation and get this resolved. Mr. Zullo’s only option was for me to set up an appt. with a wheel doctor to look at and fix my wheels. I informed Mr. Zullo that this to me was not an acceptable way to repair my wheels and that I wanted them to be replaced. Once again I was met with a negative attitude and complete disrespect about my situation. I informed Mr. Zullo that I dind’t want someone to sand and paint my wheels to fix them which in turn ruins the integrity and balance of my wheels, but he insisted that was all he could do to help me. On Cobb County Toyota’s service web site it states,” We have an outstanding reputation in customer satisfaction as an 18 time Toyota President’s Award Recipient. This prestigious award is only offered to dealers that maintain the highest levels of customer service.” As it stands I wouldn’t bring my car to have any service performed at this location because of the bad Customer Service and damage of my $40,000 vehicle. Mr. Zullo did contact me back and informed me that after thinking about this situation he wanted to go ahead with sending me new wheels for my vehicle. He also explained that no ASE certified technician touched my car and that the protective sockets used to do wheel rotations were all broken. For such high qualifications and awards you would think the customer would be taking care of and technicians supplied with the right tools to work on these vehicles. I had to take off two days of work and talk to 3 different people before finally getting this resolved, not to mention having to get my car detailed to remove grease. Even though the problem is fixed I wouldn’t recommend anyone to ever have service done at Cobb County Toyota. Sincerely James Miller More
I recently had my worst ever service experience and still, no Cobb County Toyota representative has contacted me. I guess customer satisfaction or retention is not part of their business model. 1. I still, no Cobb County Toyota representative has contacted me. I guess customer satisfaction or retention is not part of their business model. 1. I left my car after hours Wednesday night, 3/27/13, asking for a call back and 3 services: check for a burning smell from a possible oil leak, an oil change, and rotate my tires. 2. At 5:45pm Thursday I called, to find out that no one had worked on it. 3. The impatient service attendant did not listen to me on the phone or in person when I arrived an hour later to pick up the car after he said “the service” would be done by 6:55pm for free. 4. “The service” turned out to only be the oil change and he insisted that he never said that he would check for the oil leak. 5. He continued to make multiple wrong assumptions, yell at me, embarrass and intimidate me in front of other employees and customers. Ending with his repeated demand for me to call his service manager. 6. This is the kind of bullying that people are arrested for. 7. He sent a text to his service manager and talked to him on the phone while I was standing there waiting for my still unfinished car. That service manager has still not contacted me. I guess one dissatisfied customer doesn’t really matter. 8. When I got the car, there was a xxxxxxx left on the engine, the oil was overfilled and a puddle of oil was on the bracket below the filter increasing the burning oil smell. 9. I found the reason for the burning smell. There was a leak in the oil pan. 10. So the ‘free oil change’ should never have been done and had to be re-done when the leaky gaskets were finally replaced by another service department. Considering the number of Toyotas that my family has purchased and had serviced at Cobb County Toyota, I am surprised at the way it is being run today. I hope they continue to employ that attendant and service manager that care so little for their customers. Their behavior will continue to run off customers. More

Years ago I bought my Toyota at Cobb CO. Toyota. After numerous problems with the car I finally took delivery. This car has only been serviced at Cobb Co. Toyota but I will no longer do so because things numerous problems with the car I finally took delivery. This car has only been serviced at Cobb Co. Toyota but I will no longer do so because things have changed. Twice now my car has come out of service with damage, not major damage but things that shouldn't have happened. Neither J.C. Cooper nor the Service Manager, Dennis Zullo, care about the customers. They ignored 2 certified letters, 3 phone calls, and Zullo only lowered himself to speak to me when I came in and personally showed him the damage. Services I requested and was willing to pay for do not get done, the quotes they give me are not honored, and their attitude is such that it is obvious they couldn't care less. It is really a stark change. The girls at the payment window are great. I pity them that they work with the service dept. Save yourself the trouble and hassle and go elsewhere. More
I bought my new Toyota at Marietta Toyota because of the high pressure sales person at Cobb County Toyota. I live in Kennesaw so I took it to Cobb County for a warranty repair. It took them 2 weeks and the high pressure sales person at Cobb County Toyota. I live in Kennesaw so I took it to Cobb County for a warranty repair. It took them 2 weeks and the 6 week old vehicle was very dirty coming back to me. they do not use seat covers so dirt and grease was on my seats, head liner, dash and steering wheel. I contacted Dennis Zullo the service manager but he refused to speak with me on the matter. my service advisor told me that seat covers were not in their budget and that had brought them the car dirty. Well I have learned my lesson and will never go back to Cobb County Toyota More
I took my brand new $35,000 dollar 4x4 Tacoma truck for its first oil change and when I picked it up, oil had been tracked into the truck. I took it back for the second oil change, to have the a/c fan moto its first oil change and when I picked it up, oil had been tracked into the truck. I took it back for the second oil change, to have the a/c fan motor replaced at 9,260 miles, and have my driver seat repaired that was wearing (area under my right leg which should not be wearing). The service manager (Dennis Zullo) said the seat "wearing" was due to someone harshly cleaning the seat. I have never had anything but water in the truck which I have never spilled. The seat started showing the fuzzy wearing after I had the first oil change at Cobb County Toyota. The service manager (Dennis Zullo) accusing me of harshly cleaning the seat is an absolute insult considering I told him honestly that I had not. I like my truck, but now despise Cobb County Toyota service department. Marietta Toyota is a longer drive for me, but hopefully at least their service department treats people with respect. More
