I know we made our purchase late at night, but the cleanup was not very thorough. Buying a new car has always been a nightmare for me. The experience I had with Cobb County Toyota and sales consultant, Kapleton Forrest, has changed my attitude completely (at least in the short term)! Mr. Forrest was polite, very business-like and not con- descending, and he very effectively negotiated a deal that made me happy (and I'm sure made the Dealership happy). Mr. Wynn was very helpful, due to his in-depth knowledge of the available Toyota used and new cars, their options, the current prices, and lease deals. We planned to look at Fords and Kias, but did not leave the Toyota dealership!
