We had done business in the past with a dealer in the Irvine Auto Center but we were not happy with the quality of their customer service. Based on favorable reviews, we decided to visit Courtesy Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Ram in San Juan Capistrano. I am glad that we did. Hank Comnos went way above and beyond the call of duty to help us meet the goal of minimal out-of-pocket expense. The vehicle that we were immediately attracted to was a 75th anniversary edition of a Grand Cherokee that was in their inventory. Unfortunately, the vehicle was not equipped for towing. To address our disappointment, Hank actually threw in a factory tow hitch and installation at no extra charge to us! After the deal was then finalized, he spent quite a bit of time reviewing the technical aspects of the Jeep and followed up with us several times after the purchase by phone to ensure that we were satisfied. All in all, this was an absolutely outstanding purchase for 1st time buyers at this dealership. I would highly recommend both Hank Comnos and the Courtesy dealership. More

I worked with several other dealers in a 100 mile radius from my business, but no one wanted to really dig for my solution. Their unspoken response to me was: "settle for what we want to give you, we are not interested in getting you what you want". Jim quietly did his searching and came up with two candidates that fit my needs AND my budget. He went the extra miles necessary to make a sale and a customer happy. Patrick Graham, who finished the paperwork, made sure that I had every incentive that I qualified for and answered every question I put forward without impatience or drama. When I finished the paperwork, Jim made sure that I was “fitted” to the truck electronics, walked through the operation basics, and made sure that I really knew something about the truck. I was introduced to the service staff and the rest of the facility so that I was familiarized with Courtesy’s operations and to be sure that I might have a positive expectation when I returned, I left feeling like part of a good natured extended family, not a stranger who wandered in. Both guys were "real", easy to deal with, professional and respectful of my time. More

The price was good and I especially liked being able to do most of the talking over the internet and texting. More
