Shopping for a used truck, I came across Coast to Coast on Auto Trader. I called and spoke to Sarah. She was very pleasant on the phone. The truck was not on their local lot, but they were willing to bring it in if I was genuinely interested in buying. I was interested so the truck was brought in within 48 hours. They also would allow me to take it to a local mechanic if I wanted to do so. Some reviewers have complained about the price, but I found the price to be very competitive from the start which affects how much they'll haggle. Another reviewer complained about warranty, but used cars are usually 'as-is.' I was offered (but not pressured) an extended warranty from a separate company. This is a family owned lot, so don't expect a snazzy showroom or pristine detailing/reconditioning of the vehicle. I think the low overhead contributed to a lower price. Overall, I was very happy with the experience. I was a cash customer so I didn't use their financing. I would buy from them again. More

They sold me a bad car. Heat does not work, roof leaks and the car floods and I had to have the wind shield fixed. They would not budge on the price and the salesman was insulting and rude! I should have listened to other reviews but thought people just like to bad mouth others..BOY was I wrong! So, Buyer beware and I hope you read this before they get it off here!
