I was scammed I bought a 2008 Jeep Patriot a year ago. It wouldn’t pass inspection in November. 2500$ worth of work needed to fix it. The mechanic said he could tell the problems were there for a long time. Whoever they used to I nspected it last November was a fraud. There was also an aftermarket auto starter put in that they never told me about and it kept locking the gear shift on me over and over. And when I first bought the Jeep they never paid the registration fee and the DMV rejected everything and sent me everything in the mail. The title, all the paperwork, etc. I had to pay to redo the whole thing with the DMV. Why would you not pay the registration fee? They aren’t trustworthy if you ask me. Don’t buy a car from them. Mine didn’t even last one year. More

BAIT AND SWITCH DEALERSHIP SELLING Wrecked Cars Saw a 2015 Porsche 911 online. Car had photos and said it was a S model. I called the dealership and they said yes we have it and yes it"s a S model. I drove two hours to find out the car had been wrecked two times and it was not even the same car they advertised. Manager came over and was very rude tried to tell me that someone messed up the photos. One of his salesman told me that they knew it was not the same car as advertised. They told me whatever they thought i wanted to hear. I walked out. I went to a local Porsche dealer and they said they had numerous complaints on Coast to Coast he said that the fact there rip off's helps his business. Bottom line is STAY AWAY FROM THEM. RUN! Wasted my entire day. After i left the lot they called me on the phone and asked if there was anything they could do to get me to come back. Really!!! From reading some of the post looks like i'm not the only victim. More

He also will work w you as you're buying a pre-owned car it's not going to be perfect! None of us want a lemon. We found his cars extremely competitively priced! We will refer friends & family no doubt. More

Lots of choices and very accomodating We looked at used cars at several locations and were not impressed until we went to coat to coast auto. There we several cars in our price range and CTC helped us narrow our search. Most of the cars that we were pointed to were in excellent condition- clean, inspected and engine running well. There were several clean cars that had only one owner which was a good indicator to us. This was a car for our daughter in college and we wanted something to see her through. We highly recommend the folks at CTC- they worked with us and helped us find the right (safe and good value) car. More

Do not buy a car from here. I made the mistake of buying a BMW 328 in the evening. When I got the car back home, I discovered numerous scratches and chipped paint on the hood. They assured me that the car was in pristine condition. They also never processed all of the paperwork to register my plates in IL. In addition they kept one of my license plates. It took numerous calls to get them t send my plate to me. The manager Mohamed, promised to add a rider to the contract stating that he sale could be voided if the car had structural damage upon inspection. I got home and realized that I never received the rider. Despite numerous calls to send it. Mo never sent it. The salesmen, Terry, knew nothing about he car and failed to return any of my calls after purchasing the car. More

SOLD ME A LEMON WHICH COSTED ME $5,000 IN REPAIRS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I LOST $5,000 ON THEIR LIES. I spoke to them over the phone and was assured that the car was in great working condition and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I LOST $5,000 ON THEIR LIES. Based off this (I know, my fault for trusting a used car dealership, but I just thought that some of them would have some humane decency), I purchased the vehicle from out of state to be sent somewhere. When it arrived from the tow truck, upon the FIRST test drive, five minutes into it, the ENTIRE ENGINE BROKE DOWN. I took it to a number of mechanics and all of them agreed that this was clearly an issue from before and the dealership lied to you. They all said it was impossible for such a problem to arise out of nowhere in the first couple of minutes. To make a long story short, different methods were attempted to fix the problem, but at the end of the day, THE ENTIRE ENGINE had to be replaced. I bought the car for $8,500 and had to spend about $5,000 in purchasing another used engine and replacing it. I called the dealership and they were completely dismissive and absolutely uncooperative. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT SUCH LIARS. YOU WILL PROBABLY REGRET IT. More

They redid their sales office from when I was there a few years back and its very inviting, the atmosphere is relaxed and not pushy (like most car dealers). Its a family business from what I was told and you get that family, at home feel when your there. Sean was the guy I dealt with and he was easy going and friendly. If your looking for a used vehicle, I would definitely recommend this place. Very easy from start to finish. They took a few bucks off the price, but I wasn't gonna push it because it was priced fair compared to others online. I am very happy with my purchase. More
