I arrived at the dealer around 11am on June 8, 2011 without an appointment due to a broken glove box latch in my 2008 STS4. I was promptly greeted by Alfredo Crespo who quickly and efficiently checked on my concerns and informed me that he had the part in stock and could handle it immediately. My repair was completed in a short period of time and my technician, Mike, came out and communicated with me directly which I greatly appreciated. The service that was provided was exemplary and I will certainly seek out Mr. Crespo and Autoway Cadillac of Port Richey for my future service needs. Dr. Ken Easton More
I was having a problem with the air in one tire. Ronnie is a service manager and always greats you with a pleasing smile that make you feel at ease. She really knows her job. She inspected all of the tires and found that one had a nail in the sidewall. She immediately gave me a quote for a new tire and I set up an appointment for the following day for the tire to be replaced with the same size and type and to change the oil which was also do. She advised me that it would take about an hour or a little more. I brought the vehicle in the following day and it was serviced in a little more than an hour and was ready exactly as she had said. Ronnie is a definate asset to the service staff and I applaude her for being the professional she is. While at the dealership, I walked around the showroom, used and new car lots and in the service area I saw something that really caught my eye. The door to the service shop where the mechanics are has a sign over it "welcoming customers". I thought it was a joke until another employee came up, opened the door, and asked if I wanted to come in. Most other dealers have signs saying "no admittance due to insurance regulations". More
Ronnie was the best. I have been mislead by other dealer service depts. I will never go elsewhere as long as Ronnie is there. Brought my vehicle in for service, i was greeted immediatley with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy. The service advisor, Alfredo, was very informative and escorted me to the waiting immediatley with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy. We recently bought our SRX with Tracy as our saleswoman. Having dealt with her in the past, we know she is very knowlegeable, professional, friendly and sells cars without pressure. She answers our concerns and puts us at ease when we do have a minor problem. We highly recommend her and will continue to have her as our saleswoman! Until recently, Jeff Teitel was our service rep for many years. We could call him with any question or problem and he always knowledgeably and patiently took the lead and made sure our problems were solved. He is now in the 'back office' and he is sorely missed! As Jeff is no longer in service, we currently have Alfredo Crespo as our rep. He too has been trained well and is friendly and knowledgeable as well. There are many others with whom we have had dealings in the past-Nick Galida, service manager; Jeremy from parts who is now also a service rep; Barbara M who is now on the sales floor and came from the back office. These and many others have always made our visits to Coastal and now Autoway Cadillac a pleasure! We plan on doing business with Autoway in the future. Thank you. More
