The pricing and negotiating was very refreshing as it was presented in writing including all the fees and registration on one easy to understand form. We were a little surprised as to our trade value (isn't everyone) but we were able to talk and work through the numbers effortlessly. No pressure, just conversation. I would certainly send (and already have) anyone I know that wants a friendly experience. We bought a new car but talked about a Certified used car and they had some very clean used ones as well. In early July 2010, I purchased a used 2009 Toyota Camry hybrid from Autoway Cadillac. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the price we negotiated was very fair. This was mostly a long-distance transaction due to me being in San Antonio, Texas and the dealership is located in Port Richey, Florida However, when the car arrived, I later learned it had been smoked in (disguised) and had the hood repainted. These items were NOT disclosed to me when I bought the car. If you are considering a purchase from Autoway Cadillac, I STRONGLY urge you have the car inspected, or you inspect it yourself in person. The fact that the car I purchased over the phone had been smoked in and had previous paint repair that was not disclosed to me is the sole reason for not giving this dealer a better rating. More
