Frank Rodelli and his knowledgeable staff has taken care of our 2003 CTS since we purchased it pre owned in 2005.We were always impressed with the speed in which he would diagnose the problem and have it re of our 2003 CTS since we purchased it pre owned in 2005.We were always impressed with the speed in which he would diagnose the problem and have it repaired. Often we were able to wait and our car was returned within an hour or so. When ever we would have to leave our car for a longer or overnight stay Frank would always have a loaner car ready for us or have started the paper work. Several times when a repair was needed that involved a decision on what would be needed to get the job done Frank would call us first and give us options and give us time to decide which way to go. we like that in Frank, he never pushes us to decide immediately and he always lets us know when safety should be involved in making our decision. We have been a customer for over 5 years and we will continue to use Autoway Cadillac and our favorite Service Advisor Frank Rodelli in the future. More
I had no appointment,and came from out of state, the service advisor Alfredo took care of my concerns and the Mechanic Pat also did his utmost best to repair my car ! I have taken my SUV to Auto Way Cadillac in Port Richey for service and maintenance on 3 different occasions. This dealership and service department exceeded my expectations on each visit. I have owned BMW for service and maintenance on 3 different occasions. This dealership and service department exceeded my expectations on each visit. I have owned BMWs in the past and those dealerships can't hold a candle to the service department at Auto Way Cadillac. From the minute you walk in, it's apparent that it's different. Each time they have had an enormous breakfast spread with fresh coffee, donuts, bagels, drinks, etc. It is sparkling clean and all employees are professionally dressed and friendly. I can't tell you how many times an employee has come up to me and asked if I need anything and if I'm doing okay. What a difference that makes! The real difference however is Ronnie Flynn. She is by far THE best service person that I have ever that the pleasure and privilege of dealing with. She is personable, knowledgeable, informative and delivers what she promises. How fortunate for Auto Way to have such a valued employee! It's so nice to walk into a business where the front person who welcomes you is someone like Ronnie. This is definitely a case where the front line affects the bottom line. She is definitely an asset to this dealership and as long as Ronnie is working there, I will continue to be a customer. In my opinion, she IS the service department at Auto Way Cadillac and should be running the service department. More
This is the third Cadillac we have gotton from Autoway Cadillac. Although each time we seek a new car we look at reviews, talk to neighbors and visit several dealerships; the people at Autoway, the quali Cadillac. Although each time we seek a new car we look at reviews, talk to neighbors and visit several dealerships; the people at Autoway, the quality of the product, the wide selection and the attentiveness to our needs is outstanding. Add to that the fact that their service people have always performed effectively, efficiently and in a friendly helpful manner has meant Autoway gets and retains our business. I was introduce to Tracy Obermeier when I did my second Lease with Cadillac in 07. Well let me just say, because of Tracy I'm driving all the way back from Tampa to do another deal with her. I took my Cadillac in for service on a Saturday due to having an issue with the key not working correctly in the ignition and also the airbag light was displayed. Ronnie explained in details why these iss having an issue with the key not working correctly in the ignition and also the airbag light was displayed. Ronnie explained in details why these issues were happening as well as how it would be repaired. Ronnie was extremely professional and friendly. I am a business owner and appreciate good employees that put the customer first. I would be proud to have her as one of my employees and I will recommend her to all of my friends and business colleagues. Great job Ronnie and thank you! More

Frank has been my service advisor since I bought the car there almost 6 years ago. He is friendly and takes a genuine interest on what service is needed and listens as you describe any problems with the car there almost 6 years ago. He is friendly and takes a genuine interest on what service is needed and listens as you describe any problems with the car. I have to say I trust Frank and the service team at Autoway Cadillac as to what service I need and when for my car. In fact the entire service area is friendly and are always willing to help. I remember one time my wife brought the car for a tire problem and Frank wasn't there. The rest of the service advisors fixed the tire and said - "don't worry about it - when Frank is in he will call me (which he did)". To me that is very important - my wife comes in with a problem - it is fixed - and we settled up later. You really don't see that anymore. More
