We recently bought our SRX with Tracy as our saleswoman. Having dealt with her in the past, we know she is very knowlegeable, professional, friendly and sells cars without pressure. Until recently, Jeff Teitel was our service rep for many years. We could call him with any question or problem and he always knowledgeably and patiently took the lead and made sure our problems were solved. He is now in the 'back office' and he is sorely missed! As Jeff is no longer in service, we currently have Alfredo Crespo as our rep. He too has been trained well and is friendly and knowledgeable as well. There are many others with whom we have had dealings in the past-Nick Galida, service manager; Jeremy from parts who is now also a service rep; Barbara M who is now on the sales floor and came from the back office. These and many others have always made our visits to Coastal and now Autoway Cadillac a pleasure! We plan on doing business with Autoway in the future. Thank you. More

My husband and I started the process of looking for a Cadillace CTS months before our actual purchase date. Bruce Pileggi is THE best car salesperson I have ever encountered. He did not give up on us a Cadillace CTS months before our actual purchase date. Bruce Pileggi is THE best car salesperson I have ever encountered. He did not give up on us although my husband took a very long time coming to a decision to actually sign the papers. Bruce is persistant but never bothersome and truly pays close attention to the buyer's preferences and "must haves" in a vehicle. He doesn't try to "sell" a customer, he "accomodates" a customer's needs, and does this respectfully and with finesse. We recently attended a breakfast for new car owners at Autoway, Port Richey, FL. As always, we were greeted with friendly smiles, conversation with employees we have come to know, and the utmost professionalism in the Service Department. My CTS had a few issues to address while were there, and all were taken care of swiftly. If it was not for the friendly reminder calls from Mr. Pileggi to stop in to see what was new on the lot, or what promotions Cadillac/Autoway was offering, I may still be driving my tired Buick! We were just driving around and dicided to stop in and just look around, thinking the dealership was closed we started walking around, Mr.Pileggi approached us as other employees were closing up the dealership. Mr.Pileggi was curtious,pleasant,personal and listen to everything we were saying and didn't push,interupt,or even mention the dealership was closing @ that time. We feel he went above and beyond any one person we have ever meet @ any dealership. We will refer him to everyone and will return when we look to buy another vehichle.
