I arrived at the dealer around 11am on June 8, 2011 without an appointment due to a broken glove box latch in my 2008 STS4. I was promptly greeted by Alfredo Crespo who quickly and efficiently checked on my concerns and informed me that he had the part in stock and could handle it immediately. My repair was completed in a short period of time and my technician, Mike, came out and communicated with me directly which I greatly appreciated. Bruce & I worked together for several weeks trying to find a used reasonalble priced, gas economical, reliable car for my teenage son. When one was found,the car was delivered promply. I was having a problem with the air in one tire. Ronnie is a service manager and always greats you with a pleasing smile that make you feel at ease. She really knows her job. She inspected all of the tires and found that one had a nail in the sidewall. She immediately gave me a quote for a new tire and I set up an appointment for the following day for the tire to be replaced with the same size and type and to change the oil which was also do. She advised me that it would take about an hour or a little more. I brought the vehicle in the following day and it was serviced in a little more than an hour and was ready exactly as she had said. Ronnie is a definate asset to the service staff and I applaude her for being the professional she is. While at the dealership, I walked around the showroom, used and new car lots and in the service area I saw something that really caught my eye. The door to the service shop where the mechanics are has a sign over it "welcoming customers". I thought it was a joke until another employee came up, opened the door, and asked if I wanted to come in. Most other dealers have signs saying "no admittance due to insurance regulations". More
Where do we start! This was by far the best far buying experience ever. After dealing with many other dealerships in search of the vehicles we wanted, Autoway Cadillac/Chevrolet was #1 by far! We purchase experience ever. After dealing with many other dealerships in search of the vehicles we wanted, Autoway Cadillac/Chevrolet was #1 by far! We purchased 2 vehicles at the same time. A 2011 Silverado and a 2011 Traverse. Our rep Tracy O. answered our every call, extremely professional, first class all the way. My wife at the time was 9 months pregnant and I was trying to make the deal happen before the baby! It was also my wife's birthday the same week. We were given the best possible pricing, and service that is to be commended on daily. I had expressed to Tracy that with my wife being so far along in the pregnancy and having two other little ones the commute to Port Richey from Spring Hill was not feasible. Tracy went above and beyond and was able to handle most everything by phone and we planned on having the vehicles actually delivered to our home and handle the paperwork there. It was on May 13th, a Friday, the delivery was supposed to happen for the vehicles, then my wife started getting contractions in the early A.M. and we were headed to the hospital. Somehow with all the craziness myself and Tracy were still able to communicate by texting and phone calls. Tracy actually made the arrangements to have the vehicles delivered directly to the hospital!! It was late Friday evening approximately 8pm that Tracy arrived driving the Traverse, her husband and son actually came and helped out aswell by driving the Silverado. I ran outside and took care of the paperwork, Tracy came and and met my Wife, then a few hours later the baby was also delivered!!! Not by Tracy though. I cannot express my gratitude an appreciation enough to Tracy and the Autoway staff. This was a car buying experience we will never forget and I am a customer for life. I have referred many people already and will continue to do so. Being a business owner in the automotive industry I know first hand the power of great customer service, this story should be told to all of her peers and be made as an example of what exceeding customer expectations is all about.
