He calls when he has the car that meets all my criterion, then helps to make the purchase an easy and painless exercise. Alfredo is my Service Writer and he is always easy to work with, concerned that as a single woman, my car is in perfect mechanical condition, eliminating potential problems on the road. All together, this is a good group of folks whose purpose is to facilitate my having what I chose to drive with the least amount of fuss and bother.
