I bought a 2012 used f150. Really love the truck and it was only on the lot for a week. One week after owning it, I had a brake caliper lock up. The dealership was great taking care of the situation. They was only on the lot for a week. One week after owning it, I had a brake caliper lock up. The dealership was great taking care of the situation. They paid for the tow and repairs. However, the truck I bought had already had a electric bed cover that is supposed to come with a remote to work it. I called multiple times to find out if they had it or where I could find it. I ended up having to buy it my self. Also had to buy a tail light and a “puddle” light for the mirror the first week of ownership. Both cost less then $20 but in my opinion should have been taken care of before being put up for sale on their lot. More

new car problems Purchased a Ford Escape went out of town to Lexington NC a 2 hour trip got there than the code came on the screen telling me I need to take the car to Purchased a Ford Escape went out of town to Lexington NC a 2 hour trip got there than the code came on the screen telling me I need to take the car to service with luck I was only a few miles from Parkland Ford . This vehicle now has around 560 miles on it 13 days after purchase it is 3 O clock in the afternoon they put the test on could not find the problem and wanted to keep it overnight they were kind enough to give a ride to the Holiday Inn and said to call in the morning they wold pick us up. We had not taken anything for a over night stay, no restaurant at the holiday but did have Pizza delivery Next day back to dealer they tell me it has a bad cooling pump and would have to come from main Vendor it this will take 4 to 5 days to receive part (what happen in the real world of overnight shipping) Will cost ford a extra 10 to 20 dollars come on. Now I am out a Hotel bill for a new car with 560 miles and two meals on the road. Were is the service after the sale. Called dealership that I purchased car from same day had the trouble it has now been over 24 hours with no response to ask what the problem was or if there was anything they could do to assist us This is my 3rd car purchased here I think I need some of that love talked about on tv with Subaru More
