He jump started my car and suggested I go to the garage right away to have it checked. They did a thorough check , put in a larger battery, also helped me understand how to use the various devices in my car, like heated steering wheel, etc. I was very impressed with the service. Estimate lead time I've always had great service. But this time a car ran a stop sign and I brought it in on Dec. 1 and didn't get it back till Dec. 31. Then I got a call that it would be by the weekend halfway through but it was another two weeks. We told Megan Desotel what options we wanted on it and she got it ordered for us. Everything went smooth thru the ordering and pick up process. Megan did a great job of keeping us up to date when the vehicle was being built and also explaining how everything worked when we picked the vehicle up. Nicholas Schmit explained what warranty options were available and handled all the paper work. This also went very smooth. More

Waste of my valuable time I brought in a 2019 Subaru Outback. The left front speaker has a backfeed issue. When I drive the vehicle at more than 50 mph (important), a sound ema I brought in a 2019 Subaru Outback. The left front speaker has a backfeed issue. When I drive the vehicle at more than 50 mph (important), a sound emanates from that speaker. I told this to the service person, drawing attention to 50 mph or more when it occurred. In addition, I told the service person that the rear area was leaking air and noise around the seals. I was told that both issues would be looked at and hopefully repaired. Later, I was called to come and pick up the vehicle. When I arrived, the service person told me that the audio issue could not be duplicated in the service bay with the vehicle stationary (not travelling at 50 mph or more). In addition, the air /noise issue would have to be repaired by the body shop. They were scheduling a month out at this time. Why didn't the service person tell me this at my initial dropoff? In addition, a walk-around and discussion are described as a service performed. When did this happen? Clearly, this appears to be an extra charge for time/materials being charged to Subaru. I will never purchase or have serviced any vehicle at Cliff Wall. Additionally, I am complaining to Subaru outright about this shoddy service department and extra charging of the auto manufacturer.
