Thank you for your review. We are sorry to learn about your negative experience at Cliff Wall, especially for our lack of clear communication with you. Our service manager is going to reach out to you soon to talk more about your concerns and hopefully, to help resolve them. I'm sorry that your issues were not fixed right the first time. The customer service number for Subaru is 800-782-2783. The walk-around inspection is a value added service that we provide to all of our customers and not charged to the customer. When you checked in, the Service Advisor should have walked around your vehicle and discussed your concerns. Our service technicians then do a more through inspection and you should have received a multi-point inspection report when you picked up your vehicle. If the technician needed to run any additional tests or diagnostics, then you might have been charged for their work. Again, we are sorry to hear about your negative experience at Cliff Wall.
