During these last 3 years, Technician Larry has been superb, excellent technician who won’t stop until vehicle is 100% right. Service Manager Mike made great efforts in solving problems with the original Toyo tires. I commend Mike for that, and he matched local quotes when it came time to replace my tires with Goodyear tires. All great. However, the service department fell down when installing my new tires. I made the install appointment a week and a half in advance, requested Technician Larry because I know his work is ultra-high quality, and a loaner car. When I arrived for the tire install appointment, I was told that neither was Larry or a loaner car available. So, I had to sit waiting for over 2 hours in the dealership, even though the dealership service flyers state that one can get a loner with $300 in service. My tire bill was over $900. On top of that, I had to return to the dealer because the tires were leaking air and that issue had to be fixed. I seriously doubt that would have happened if Larry had mounted the tires. Over the course of our lease, we had oil changes and tire rotations done in the service department. Usually received good service, but on one occasion, oil was leaking-noticed that after I got home and had to return to the dealer. Service department also charged me for every tire rotation and even charged me $1.50 for the oil drain plug gasket, which seems like nickel & diming me, which I didn’t think right, since I bought the car new from there. George, our original salesman was very attentive, thorough and helpful. We recommend him. Nick, in finance, is good at his job and does his best to get you into the car you want. He gets good marks. We fulfilled our lease recently and purchased the car. That operation went smoothly, again Nick was very helpful. Our dealing with Cliff, himself, wasn’t really satisfactory. He’s friendly and willing to talk, but he slips out from under the issue and doesn’t address the problem. I was very disappointed in Cliffs performance. Overall, we enjoyed our buying experience. For the most part, the employees try really hard to satisfy the customer. Some need to work a little harder at that. Certainly, the dealership owner needs to take possession of his job as owner and not pass the buck. We are both extremely happy with our Mitsubishi Outlander. After 3 years and 53000 miles, it’s only needed oil changes and a set of new tires. The original factory installed tires were no good. More

Very low pressure The reason i was at this dealership was it came highly recommended by a long time friend, the other reason was to look into a Subaru for a replacement The reason i was at this dealership was it came highly recommended by a long time friend, the other reason was to look into a Subaru for a replacement of two of my current vehicles. after a brief discussion, i confirmed that the Crosstrec was the model I was after. the subsequent test ride locked things in. after a search for a suitable car was located, they set things in motion. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, i was not able to take delivery as planned. the dealership was able to coordinate things to get me taken care ofwhen i was available. this organization is a customer focused group of people. i never felt that they were condescending or fake in their dealings with me or the other customere. expensive and had to go back two more times I needed an oil change and headlight changed, they weren't able to do them together (for safety I didn't want to wait over the weekend for headlight t I needed an oil change and headlight changed, they weren't able to do them together (for safety I didn't want to wait over the weekend for headlight to be fixed) so I had to make two separate appointments, and then a few days later the other headlight went out. I know some places make it standard practice to replace both at the same time-- that would've saved me having to make up my work hours on the weekend, extra labor costs, an extra trip across town and finding childcare for my baby! They did knock a few bucks off the price when I asked though which was helpful. More
