Bought a used vehicle, 2018 suburban. Day I drove it off the lot and bought it, check engine light came on. The next day wouldn’t start. Every morning it wouldn’t start unless tapping the Day I drove it off the lot and bought it, check engine light came on. The next day wouldn’t start. Every morning it wouldn’t start unless tapping the fuse box. Took it to their service department, waiting five hour for the lady to tell me it was my fault because I shut the hood and broke the hood latch. Saying “air was getting into my engine causing the sensor to go off”. I said xx. They fixed that, guess what, wasn’t the issue. Wouldn’t start what so ever the following day. They towed it back to their service center and gave me a rental. In the end, they fixed the issue but the problems to get there were ridiculous. Jay the service manager was awesome to me. Overall, 110% would not recommend buying a vehicle here with what I went through and speaking to people waiting in the waiting area buying a vehicle from them. A typical dealership that once they have their money, they are done with you and don’t care. Jay was great though and they did fix my vehicle I just purchased. More
The warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on. Refuse to repair when the vehicle is clearly under the years and mileage. Bought used. Remote and paperwork not available when deal was done. Waiting 7-10 days for paperwork to title is poor customer service, it may be legal and is “a Remote and paperwork not available when deal was done. Having to make a service appointment to have remotes programmed is also poor customer service! Why are remotes not checked before sale? Where is “the process” to ensure truck, title, and remote are all ready to go. I’ll go where “the process” is more customer friendly next time. More
