Buying my new car at Suntrup Hyundai of Wentzville was the best thing I ever did! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! I never felt intimidated. Jason went above and beyond to find the exact car that I wanted. When I picked my new car up the extra key fob was locked up, which really was no big deal to me. I just said I'd be back on Monday to pick it up. Instead, Jason brought it to my house! Excellent customer service!! The most incredible thing was about a week after my purchase they called to tell me that they had found a better interest rate than what I had originally gotten! Who does that?! Unbelievable!! I love my new car and will absolutely recommend this dealership to any and everyone! Thank you for the most positive car buying experience I have ever had! More
Im an executive that travels literally weekly internationally, I don't have time nor the patience for nonsense that I have encountered when buying cars in my past. Up until now I dreaded buy a new car- simply because of the hassle and time involved when you begin working with a salesman to purchase a car! This car buying experience changed my outlook! I could not have had a faster, easier , no fuss experience! I left the dealership with the exact car, color, model I went In for, I had no haggling over the price- which I hate and was not pressured to buy or add on more than I planned on buying! I used the consumer reports build a car website, picked out my car , had 3 bids and elected to purchase from Suntrup Wentzville. I went into the dealership presented my paperwork,they called and found the vehicle I wanted and had it delivered to the dealership within days. I came back in with pre approved loan documents and they, just as all dealerships offered me financing- except at a much better rate! What's not to like! Everything was processed within minutes and within a total of 60 minutes start to finish I drove my new car off the lot and home! There was no haggling, or high pressure tactics used, the sales rep was professional , through in his review of the car and very friendly. This was definitely much easier, and stress free than previous car shopping experiences have been in my past! I would highly recommend this dealer- if you have a busy schedule,no time to waste,know exactly what you want and want to get the best deal with out the hassle- shop this dealership! Even if you didnt know and wanted more info on a car this team would be the group Id tecommend you visit! Customer service and a friendly staff made the experience all positive! The best part.... Dan was extremely helpful in getting me to the car I wanted. He asked all the right questions to narrow down my needs with the cars he showed me. We had recently been to another Hyundai dealer looking for a vehicle and were VERY put off by the attitude of nearly everyone we encountered. Our experience at Suntrup Wentzville was exactly the opposite for a vehicle and were VERY put off by the attitude of nearly everyone we encountered. Our experience at Suntrup Wentzville was exactly the opposite of that. Jason, Joe, J.D. and everyone we talked to at the dealership were friendly and helpful and made our buying experience pleasant. We went to the dealership looking for a low-mileage used Hyundai Santa Fe. With the help of the team at Suntrup Wentzville, we were able to drive away in a NEW 2013 Santa Fe Sport. Now we can't wait to drive to the other dealership and show the salesman there what we bought...from Suntrup. Thanks Jason! More

I have been buying new cars for over 20 years. Eight of those years was with the same salesman. I must say I have NEVER experienced such horrible service! Both my daughter and I were looking at the Elan those years was with the same salesman. I must say I have NEVER experienced such horrible service! Both my daughter and I were looking at the Elantra's for her. Although we did visit a local dealership prior to Suntrup. I have a collegue that went to Suntrup and she requested I stop by and talk with Brian. Brian was very nice and 'seemed'confident that he could help us with a purchase, regardless of our circumstances. After 3 days of "no call backs", different stories when I was able to talk with someone, alot of BS from the finance people, I realized this dealership was TERRIBLE!! This realization came the same day I was told you couldnt help me, yet those 3 days prior there weren't any problems with getting us into a car.( Words from the staff) The following Monday morning I called Mungenast and spoke with a sales person by phone and told her exactly what I wanted, my circumstances, my trade in, etc.. Guess what ? No hassle and drove off with a 2013 Elantra that Thursday evening. Mind you I had never met this person and only talked with her by phone up until the day we picked up the car. What it boiled down to was Mungenast was not greedy!Not sure why I went along with the games your folks played with me for those 3 days, but I can say your actions pushed me to Mungenast. In closing the person that referred me to this dealership is having nothing but problems with you now as well. I would NEVER recommend Suntrup to anyone, my worst experience in 20 years of buying!! More

My sales consultant was Dan Gibbons. We spoke on the phone before my arrival, he was was friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. When I arrived he greeted me with a smile, a handshake and an offer to help me find something I'd like. He took his time and found out what I was interested in trying out. We took a walk through their lot. They had a very good selection. I ended up driving three different Hyundai Sonatas and choosing the last one. They had some very good lease offers and ended up getting my car with one. I had questions about leasing and Dan was quick in getting me answers to anything he wasn't for sure about. When we settled on a deal I worked with JD, their finance manager. He was fast,friendly and got me out the door in my new car in a timely fashion. One thing about this dealer service doesn't end at the point of sale. I have gotten several emails from Dan expressing the desire to help if there is a need, now and in the future. They offer free lifetime car washes and I have taken my car in several times. The service people have been nothing but professional. My total experience with this dealer has been great. Two of my friends bought new cars at this dealer this year. They both recommended Suntrup Hyundai of Wentzville to me and I'll be doing the same. More
I have never been treated so poorly. The service manager is rude and unprofessional. Specific concerns I had about my vehicle were never checked.
