Absolutely horrible. I went to Suntrup to look for a 2011 Used Hyundai Elantra. I felt pressured the entire time and it was a very bad experience. There were 3 2011 Elantras will miles ranging from 29,000 to Used Hyundai Elantra. I felt pressured the entire time and it was a very bad experience. There were 3 2011 Elantras will miles ranging from 29,000 to 34,000 and all were priced at the exact same price, $18,999. After looking around the lot there were Brand New 2012 Elantras with just as many features for $19,326. It was a huge red flag and put in perspective the kind of show these guys are running. After leaving the dealership I found at the the dealer had lied to me about multiple things. Such as the car drops down to 3 cylinders when you go under 35MPH. And that the seat were made out of a special micro-fiber so that when moisture hits it it just beads up. I took my business over to Mungenast Hyundai in Hazelwood and I am so happy that I did. They were upfront, honest, courteous, and it was an overall awesome time. I was able to buy a Brand New 2012 Black Elantra with Alloy Wheels, Fog Lights and all the good little extra things that are nice to have. The Elantras that Suntrup was selling for $18,999 were base models and did not come with hardly any features. I would not recommend Suntrup to anyone, anyone that goes there is sure to be taken advantage of. I have heard nothing but bad things about Suntrup and now it is confirmed. They do a good job at advertising so that they can get you in there, but there is no way that you will receive whatever they are offering on the radio. They are very good at deceiving. Be on your look out. More
