I have purchased vehicles all over the US in the past, and I am a three to four car owner. I have YET to find a dealership who is as committed to putting a smile on my face and wallet, as Suntrup Hyundai and I am a three to four car owner. I have YET to find a dealership who is as committed to putting a smile on my face and wallet, as Suntrup Hyundai in Wentzville. I have even come to have a customer relationship with the owner Craig on a first name basis, which is TOTALLY uncommon an opportunity with most any other dealer. I will start with the brand- Hyundai, which has in the past four years completely changed my perspective on their product, as well as turning my head away from being a total Chevy/ GMC only lover, and THAT is saying a tremendous thing! We have come to love the design, the build, the features, all of it! The most important part though, is the support focus and effort that THIS dealership puts behind the vehicles they sell. I have purchased two vehicles from them in the past 6 Months, one brand new off the lot, and the other used. I tread lightly on the term "used", as its appearance and function is far from it! In the real world, NOBODY and NOTHING is perfect, and typically car salesmen/dealers/dealerships in general don't have the best regard as stereotypes go, BUT the folks at SHW work tremendously hard to be an operation of Integrity. I have heard the commitment from Craig Himself, and have stood by and witnessed it from the sales lot, the sales floor, and the service bay....over the past three years. They are ALL OVER IT for their customer!! I will tell you the BEST part of my relationship and experience with them, They make you feel like you bought your car from them... EVEN IF YOU DIDNT!! What makes me a loyal customer with SHW, is just that! They are Hyundai focused, and thoroughly take care of the brand. Just the same, they stand behind what they sell, and they sell ALOT of great product! More

I was looking for a used Sonata, even though they did not have exactly what I wanted on their lot they found exactly what I was looking for. They were so helpful and not at all the typical pushy sales people have exactly what I wanted on their lot they found exactly what I was looking for. They were so helpful and not at all the typical pushy sales people you run into a lot of times at car dealerships. Everyone we dealt with was so friendly and made you feel comfortable. When my car did arrive, it had a few scratches and paint chips which they told me they would fix so I will rate again once my experience is over.
