After finding the vehicle that was perfect for me and within my budget I was introduced to Roger Peckham who made it a point to take time and meet me and thank me for my business. Sweet Sixteen I purchased a vehicle for my daughter for her sixteenth birthday, and I wanted to make the event very memorable for her. My daughter had suspected tha I purchased a vehicle for my daughter for her sixteenth birthday, and I wanted to make the event very memorable for her. My daughter had suspected that she was getting a car for her birthday, but didn't know what type of car it would be. Grant helped me set-up a great experience for her. I purchased her a Nissan Altima coupe. They proceeded to have the car completely detailed and spotless and placed on the showroom floor. Angie was able to get a huge bow made to place on the top car and Roger placed letters on the front windshield to say Happy Birthday. Grant was able to get balloons and a cookie cake. For the surprise Grant was to get a beat up convertible that was placed out side the front doors of the dealership complete w. balloons and some trash placed inside the car. To really sell the idea that the beat up convertible was what my daughter would get he was able to get several other salesmen to stand around the car and wave as my wife brought my daughter to the dealership,the look on her face was priceless. She looked in disbelief that this old beat up car was what she would get. As she got out of the car, Grant began to take her around the old car to point out all the features including some left over trash in the seats. While Grant was showing her the car, everybody else went back into the dealership, readying to scream surprise when she came in. Once we were done looking at the car, I then walked my daughter to the side door and said we had to go in and sign some paperwork. As I walked her into the showroom, she immediately saw the Altima decked out w. Happy Birthday, balloons and a bow, and everybody in the dealership yelling Happy Birthday. My daughter was completely surprised. Needless to say there were some tears of happiness and also a lot of laughter. It was a great memory that was made for her Sweet Sixteenth birthday. Thanks to all the folks at Suntrup Grant, Roger and Angie that made this a very special day for my daughter. More

I do not like buying and negotiating cars, however, Bryan was very knowledgeable about the car and what would fit for our family! He was also so patient with me as my husband and I worked through making our decision to purchase...I to am in the sales industry and I would recommend Bryan to all of my friends/family/customers. After hearing a radio commercial we decided to stop in and look around. It was close to closing time but we were not rushed at all. The sales staff were available but not pushy including the new store manager, Roger. Suntrup was truly a delight and we will definitely purchase more vehicles from this dealership. They have a large family of dealerships so even if we want another brand they can arrange that for us. More
Advertised Price to Fare Offer Saw the price that they were advertising for the vehicle that we were interested in purchasing and decided it was worth the forty-five minute drive to Saw the price that they were advertising for the vehicle that we were interested in purchasing and decided it was worth the forty-five minute drive to take a look. When we arrived we were not bombarded with salesmen, but were able to look around the lot. After about ten minutes, Bryan, our salesman came out and asked if we needed any help and took us to the vehicle that we saw advertised. The price listed on it did not match the one listed in the newspaper. Bryan said that we had to meet eight criteria in order to get the price that was advertised, such as already owning a Hyundai, being an American Vet, etc. We did not meet any of the eight criteria. We told the Bryan that we were not willing to pay the price that was listed on the car. We came out to them because of the price they listed in the advertisement. Bryan said that since it was the last of that year on the lot that he would go talk to his manager and see what they could do for us. They came back with an offer that was less than a thousand dollars more than the price in the advertisement. Bryan said that was the best they could do for us. Bryan was very up front and honest with us though the dealership's advertisement was not. We took their offer and have been VERY happy with our purchase and would consider buying from Bryan and this dealership again, if they gave us a fare price in the future. More
