Jordan Slayback was a big help! He made the process go smooth in picking out my very first, brand new car. With his help we were able to find a van that was in our price range, as well as one that had all smooth in picking out my very first, brand new car. To begin with the vehicle that I desired could not be found in any current inventory in the area, the vehicle needed to be ordered and within a 30 day period the vehicle was manufactured and delivered. In 2011 I purchased a 2010 Dodge Avenger from this dealership and during the course of the years that I had the car I took it back to the dealership for service. I received a call from two different dealership and during the course of the years that I had the car I took it back to the dealership for service. I received a call from two different employees stating my car was in good shape and needed and was asked to come in to see if I could get a newer car. I loved my car but said okay because I really wanted the Dodge Journey and when I went in I was greeted by Montrell, who wasn't the person that I set up the meeting with. Montrell was such an optimistic young man and he made me feel very comfortable with the way he handle the sales pitch. I loved that young man's spirit and he is a great asset to the dealership. Mike the financial rep also worked diligently to make my transaction comfortable as he did when I purchased the Avenger. I would recommend this dealership and those two guys to everyone I know that is thinking of purchasing a car. I love my new Journey and Montrell keeps in contact to make sure all is well. Stan Green has been our familys sales associate for more years that I can remember. He is always is knowledgeable about the features , warranty and rebates available on the vehicles. Prior to purchasing this car (May 4, 2013) we ordered a 2013 Dodge Dart when they first became available. I had called Stan to let him know we were interested in the car and when they got one on the lot he gave us a buzz to come up for a test drive. We ordered immediately with him and waited patiently for the car to arrive. When it arrived the car was so new on the market that they didn't even have the books available for additional accessory yet. When the book came in he called so we could pick one up. Now that's service in my opinion. He went the extra mile to let us know. I always feel he goes the extra mile and I'm sure it's just not me he treats like this. You can't go wrong when you purchase a car from this dealership and Stan Green. I'd also like to say that Mike Hilfrink back in finance is just the best. He's process so many loans for us he knows us by name. Both gentlemen are first class to deal with. Thanks guys for making buying a new car a great experience.
