What a waste of time, Elisha said they would take up negative equity to trade into a new Nissan. Great! But I arrived at the dealership I wasn't treated with respect. Sales manager was rude. My sale guy was absolutely clueless about the so called "voucher" that's a gimmick to get you in the door. Then kept me hostage by taking my driver's license won't give it back after I asked multiple times to have it back. Then they offered a extremely low offer of 23,000 for my 2022 scatpack Challenger. Said they don't have any trade in deals that my voucher was not real. So waste of time. Being lied to us what really upsets me. You're advertising is fake news. Shop me first shop me last no. Don't ever shop at clay Cooley dealers. More
This review is for Ernie Resendez that is an AWESOME Car Salesman. Mr. Resendez did not pressure us, or try to force us into something that we did not want. He showed my wife and myself the vehicles that th Salesman. Mr. Resendez did not pressure us, or try to force us into something that we did not want. He showed my wife and myself the vehicles that they had and gave us all of the information about the vehicles. We chose one that someone had traded in that had low mileage, and was well taken care of. We never had any issues with the car at all. I want to point out that after the purchase Mr. Resendez would occasionally follow up with a call to us making sure all was good. This was surprising to me that even after the sale of the car, he would take time out of his schedule to check on the car. Since then, I have referred at least 8 people that I previously worked with at Bank Of America that purchased a car at Clay Cooley. All have had good reports to me about the vehicles they purchased. Ernie Resendez is definitely an asset to Clay Cooley's dealership and his coworkers. For myself it is not every day that a person can walk in to a car dealership without being bombarded by salesman that just want to make the commission off of a sale. We didn't have that issue at all, and to have such an ethical salesman that is honest, caring and wants the best for the customer is who Ernie Resendez is and what he stands for. Went in trying to find the issue on why my car was overheating. Dropped off the car at 8am, tried calling my advisor a couple of times and left messages, and didn’t hear back til 230 from a complete d overheating. Said the car had no issue, picked it up, and the car was overheating within 20 minutes. They had my car for 8 hours and did absolutely nothing and provided no communication. It was a holiday weekend, and my car was undriveable by the next day. They wasted my time and money. Spoke to a different advisor who said he would help me with my bad experience and take care of the service I had already paid for, and then he also ghosted me despite me calling again for days and also leaving messages. Week later, no word. More
