After being processed through 3 different trucks where the first 2 were defective and having to wait 8 months on the 3rd to get my handy-cap plates because of a title issue. Been trying to get my windshield replaced for over a month. I have taken off work twice and taken my SUV in twice. Thet have failed miserably both times. Service was great the reason I took a star off was because I was called about my appointment while I was on my way to get my oil change which I had no problem with the guy who called knew my appointme because I was called about my appointment while I was on my way to get my oil change which I had no problem with the guy who called knew my appointment was at 10 am I got to the service center 15 minutes early and my car was taken for the oil change right away which was great then while in the lobby I get a phone call reminding me my appointment is at 10:30 am ???? I told him that the appointment was for 10 am and that I was already there in the lobby waiting on my oil change. After I got home I got another phone call reminding me about my appointment at 10:30 am their is a lack of communication going on at the service center and I received more calls than I should have other than I have always been very pleased with the service center everyone that I have ever dealt with has been very nice and courteous. Special thanks to Linda Wren she took care me when the printer did work to give me a receipt the told me she could e-mail me one to which she did I keep those receipts as a record of work done for whenever I sale my car. More
