I paid for a car in cash and did not get the services I was promised. I returned the car for a promised free car wash and it was not done. After handwashing the car myself, I find that the windshield was cracked and have not received a response from Clay Cooley on fixing it. The reps were very attentive to my calls when I was searching for a car and now that I purchased one, it very difficult for me to get someone to call me back or respond in a timely manner. More
