Krystal was great to work with. I gave 4 stars because I had to bring the truck back because of another issue that, I believe, should have been caught. Very difficult to contact someone in service. Got passed around from one answering service to another. Was told they had cameras in stock and to drop it off at 11am. I did so and by 3:00 no call or upda around from one answering service to another. Was told they had cameras in stock and to drop it off at 11am. I did so and by 3:00 no call or update. I called and after getting passed around again I was able to finally contact someone in service and they hadn’t even pulled my truck in the bay. I live in Arlington but will be driving to Grapevine Ford or David McDavid for service and work going forward. Very poor experience. More

Even though it took an hr and a half to get an oil change when there were only 2 other customers there. Even though they did a RUSH job and completed it in less than 10 minutes after I complained.
