Very unhappy with the service I received. Work that should have taken two days maximum took almost a week. Communication was very poor whenever I tried to get an update. I was not pleased with my recent visit to your facility. About 35 minutes of waiting for an oil change and tire rotation Mr. Ley appeared in the waiting room to inform me that I needed an air filter and ha About 35 minutes of waiting for an oil change and tire rotation Mr. Ley appeared in the waiting room to inform me that I needed an air filter and had a nail in one of my tires. I approved replacing the filter and repairing the tire. Later he returned recommending a fuel flush which I approved. In total I spent more than 2 hours and the fuel flush was not completed because the proper tool was not available to complete the flush. Furthermore Mr. Ley did not give me an update on any possible recalls that may be in effect. More

I was told by the Salesman that the step rails for the truck would be between 700 and 800 to put on. I walked out of there paying way over 900 which I was not prepared for.
