I was in need of warranty work on our 2019 Ford Expedition, passenger rear strut had leaked out all of its oil on our garage floor. Attempted to have it looked at before Christmas, but service was Expedition, passenger rear strut had leaked out all of its oil on our garage floor. Attempted to have it looked at before Christmas, but service was backed up with recall vehicles so we waited. I was finally able to set up a date to bring it in at 8:30 am Thursday, March 11. I had occasion to see our car on the back lot at 1:00 pm. and asked about the progress. I was told it should be complete later in the day and we would receive a phone call. About 4:30 pm I called and was told the wrong part was ordered and the correct strut would be in the next day. At 4:30 Friday, I called and was told it should be ready on Saturday. I did pick it up around 1:00 pm, but I never received a call, I made all of the calls. Our 2019 Expedition is the third new car purchase from Don Davis since 2015 and I would hope that kind of loyalty would be noticed by Don Davis, but certainly none that I have ever seen. More
