We had to wait because of backlog, ok. When they pressed the bearing, it got broke.It took 4 days to get it finished and charged me $200 more than quoted. I got it back on the 5th day. It took 3 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. Normally it doesn’t take longer than an hour. I was very disappointed with the overall service. I paid $99 to have my truck checked out. To see why the low oil pressure light is coming on. They stated the I need a Oil sending unit. I agree to have it repair and cost me $437 ,4 days later the same pro low oil pressure light is coming on. They stated the I need a Oil sending unit. I agree to have it repair and cost me $437 ,4 days later the same problem again, so return truck to Don Davis and they basically told me to get lost the my truck was to old and they didn't want to work on it anymore. but you got my money for a repair that you didn't fix. I took my truck to a different shop and paid again for them to fix the oil sending unit and my truck is running fine. I reached out to service manger Chuck Peretti several times and he has not responded to any of my calls. This is wrong for Don Davis To do this I have been using them for 9 years. More
