This message is a mileage generated item that gets checked off. No effort! So is this poor training or pick on the old guy? G. Kelley I wouldn't expect a loaner car for routine maintenance. A ride home if job is going to be delayed works fine. If repairs are going to take long or days loaner a must. More

Not even sure where to start.... Seemed like a hassle just to drop off the car. Upon pick up reading the work one would question the motivation of the wording he used to describe my problem. I went in for brakes and it took them over 6.5hrs to finish. Then when I leave the brakes and rotors they changed was making noises by the time I went home 20miles away.
