The service rep didnt even address the main concern for my visit—-potentially 1000s in warranty repair, and the finance manager when i bought the truck sold me on a maintenance package with no mileage limi my visit—-potentially 1000s in warranty repair, and the finance manager when i bought the truck sold me on a maintenance package with no mileage limit that has somehow expired after 40k miles with 5 services still unused. I dont know how surveys work for you but i dont remember the service guys name so my selection below might not be accurate. I want a refund for my maintenance contract or i will never go through don davis again for a vehicle purchase. More

Long waiting time for repairs to happen. I am told they only have one person who can do electrical repairs. My side view mirror don't always respond to the switch on the drivers door panel.
