While heading home Tuesday evening, I realized my driver-rear tire was low on pressure. I got home and there was a large screw embedded in my tire. Krystal was there when I arrived, provided me a status update with price (no charge thanks to Caregard) & had me out of there within 90 mins. My experience with the service department was the best I have ever had. I had a 7:00 AM appointment with Jonathan Pope and he was there to greet me. The service department found some issues that I was not have ever had. I had a 7:00 AM appointment with Jonathan Pope and he was there to greet me.
