I have been using this service department since 2016 and have never had a complaint. The Service department has always had extremely high standards. Until this time, I had the unfortunate luck to have to deal with someone named Krystal Reyes. This person was unresponsive and I felt inconsiderate. My Navigator was towed into the service department on Thursday May 20, 2021 with brake issues. I did not receive a call saying it had arrived until I called to ask. I waited all day Friday never receiving a call until I called and sent an email. Late on that day Ms. Reyes returned my call telling me there was a brake issue and that parts would have to be ordered. She also told me my Truck would be ready on Monday. I asked her to be sure to do wash and clean up on it like you always do and she said it would be taken care of. The truck was not Ready on Monday or Tuesday with no phone call or email to tell me what was going on. I Finally called her again on Wednesday and was told that my vehicle might be ready on Thursday but probably Friday. I received another phone call late in the afternoon on Wednesday the 26th saying it was ready. When I arrived at the dealership to pick it up The woman that was checking me out tried to introduce me to Ms. Reyes but she ignored the introduction. In checking out the Truck 'the brakes were working but the vehicle had not been cleaned. More
I arrived at your location with no appointment and Krystal was so understanding and assist me with my oil change. I was it would be 2 hours but it was completed in hour. I was not advised from my adviser of options to book 3-4 weeks in advance to receive a rental from Ford, nor was I advised from my adviser options to do’s rental via enterprise. My adviser did not keep in c weeks in advance to receive a rental from Ford, nor was I advised from my adviser options to do’s rental via enterprise. My adviser did not keep in close communication with me, especially after 2 business days turn out to be 5! When I did hear from my adviser I was told he was busy with customers like I was not one too. The work that was done on my vehicle was not great since it does not function how it did before. They were not friendly.at all. 1 1/2 yr ago I had my brakes and rotars fixed. I had my oil changed less than 3 months ago and i was not warned my brakes need to be fixed because i would have had it fixe brakes and rotars fixed. I had my oil changed less than 3 months ago and i was not warned my brakes need to be fixed because i would have had it fixed at that time. My brakes started making a noise Sunday. I took it in 1st thing on Monday. The rotors have not been shaved or turned and they made me pay $441 to get it fixed over $100 from last time. I was told i had a lifetime warranty on my brakes but the advisor said that was a lie. I was very disappointed about the whole visit. Then i spoke with Jason ans he was just as rude. I dropped off my car at 9:30am and i had to call around 2pm tp just get the status. Finally i called again around 4:45 again and i was told i could come around 5:30. I am very upset about the whole situation. I will never use them again. I feel like they robbed me out of hard earned money and its not fair. If i was a man i wouldnt have been treated this way. Its sad with everything going on in the world and this added to my stress. More

Made online appt for a roof rail recall, waited 10 minutes after arriving to even be acknowledged, then waited another 5+ to be checked in...but, they couldn't find the appt in their system. Was then minutes after arriving to even be acknowledged, then waited another 5+ to be checked in...but, they couldn't find the appt in their system. Was then told it didn't matter, as the appt is for check in, not actual service (so what's the point) and that it would take rest of day to complete. After 2 hours of waiting, my SUV was brought up front and I was told they couldn't make the repair since they were out of parts. I was also told the recall had expired (it was from January, but I didn't have issues until a couple weeks ago), and that they would issue a new recall, because the first didn't fix the problem...but when I get it, it would only be an "advance notice" recall and to call them to find out when parts would actually be available. Regardless, it was a complete waste of time and the issue was not fixed. The service center at this location has slowly been declining in the last few years...once it even took 3 hours to get an oil change/tire rotation. I am probably going to find a new location for my service. More
