Found it difficult to make an appointment. Twice intercepted on Don Davis website by people on their chat. Twice told by chatters that service would contact me. Have 60k warranty, need right rear passenger door repaired because it does not open from the inside, and have been avoided by service department. This needs to be repaired under warranty. More
