I came in for an oil change (The Works) that I always get and it’s the same price. This time the service advisor said it would be an extra 20 because I use full synthetic oil. Called for a week left multiple voicemails no response, no returned calls. Charged for services not rendered, did not fix items they said they did. Terrible experience the last few visits.
