They have no responsibility, they promise and they do not act. They repeatedly canceled my appointment from February to last week. They did not behave respectfully at all. They misdiagnosed. Kept car for 9 hrs for oil change, was told at 3:00 finish oil change and washing car. Called back at 6:10 after not hearing from them for three hours.
