I had to wait two hours just for a tire rotation and oil changed. When I complained to the manager he wasn’t sympathetic at all. I drive out of my way to do business here & it's not worth my time. I find it hard to believe that it takes 3 hours to do an oil change, tire rotation and a car wash. I know things are tough right know but you need to step up you game in the service dept.
