Service adviser Sam Rashid does a very poor job. Lack of communication is consistent. Does not attend to detail with me (as a customer, and never received a notification call that my vehicle was ready from communication is consistent. The cashier was more professional....I like Don Davis but you can use better customer service in the Service Adviser dept. More
Terrible communication, totally disorganized and very short handed in staff. I was told my vehicle was completed but when I arrived to pick it up I was told the parts were on backorder. Service was great, only downside was the amount of time it took to finish. I was told an 1.5 hrs and took almost 3hrs to complete. I was told I did not need an appointment, as a tire repair or replacement is viewed as an emergency, the service advisor than informed me I should have made an appointment. Perhaps better training is needed. More
Waited 2.5 hours for oil change. had an appt. for 8:00 am i was there at 7:45 40,000 mile check i was checked in by one service agent and then apparently i given to a person name sam without letting me know first time i knew that sam was check i was checked in by one service agent and then apparently i given to a person name sam without letting me know first time i knew that sam was my service agent was when he called me on my phone to let me know that i needed rear brakes, rear differential and coolant changed sometime later i see my truck sitting in the parking lot after i found sam he told me they were finishing up on another vehicle this was around 1:30 pm i didn't know they only had one mech. to work on brakes i finally paid out at 4:30 pm this is the worst service i have ever received at don davis not only was i there for 8 1/2 hours but i didn't even have a way to get any lunch i live in midlothian, tx and drove along way to have my truck serviced More
