No one in the service area when I drove up. Not a friendly greeting - seemed annoyed. In for oil and inspection, asked if they could plug in GPS antennae, was told only electronics could do that and friendly greeting - seemed annoyed. Manual transmission not driven well as they pulled the car away(the person behind me in line actually commented on this) Waiting room - coffee pot empty, no diet Dr pepper or Diet coke. Did not appear clean but was probably sanitized. Car was complete and parked in front of service area. After 10 min no one came to get me so I went to desk to ask. They said they didnt have the paper work. After another 10 min the paperwork arrived More

The service is horrible the wait time is crazy. I waited over two hours for a tire change. The tire had been put on and they just had me sitting there didn’t come and keep me informed on the progress of my over two hours for a tire change. I have not felt important at all with this purchase. From the moment I started, I was treated like no one knew what to do. Not only that, but throughout my ordering/waiting period for my Bronco, I had From the moment I started, I was treated like no one knew what to do. Not only that, but throughout my ordering/waiting period for my Bronco, I had to reach out to check in with my dealer rep (who by the way wasn't even working there anymore but never told me and kept texting me. No one let me know I had a new rep). My Bronco arrived on a Monday and no one contacted me. I reached out to the rep (that didn't work there) to check in because I heard the vehicles were being delivered but not updated in the system. He said - "Yeah, your Bronco is there.. I will check on it." He actually handled it for me. He set me up with another rep (still never stating he didn't work there). When I got there I got the feeling that there weren't enough people on staff. It was very frustrating to hear from other Bronco owner of their experiences with the dealers - calls/texts/gifts/red bow when picked up - and I barely got a nod. Truly frustrating. I am also frustrated with the lack of services offered after purchase (oil changes, etc) like most dealers are doing now. Overall I was not really excited about my experience. More
Sam was so super nice. My wait time was not as long as I thought it would be. Every time I go to Don Davis I am always taken such good care of. They are always so nice and answer any question I have.
