My experience was great with the explorer. Sam did a great job. Went back the same day with the escape, Sam was busy so another handled it. He went above & beyond to complete the transaction. He wanted me to purchase a new set of locks for my wheels. Said licks were missing. They wound replacing them at no cost. When I got my car back, the locks were exactly where I said they were. Did he not look? Not his money. That disappointed me greatly. More

Sam is my Service Advisor who does a great job!! My only issue is that I wish Don Davis would bring back the option of scheduling an appointment for Oil Changes or create more lanes dedicated to this routin issue is that I wish Don Davis would bring back the option of scheduling an appointment for Oil Changes or create more lanes dedicated to this routine service similar to other Ford Dealerships. Having to wait 2-4 hours for Oil Change is extreme. More
It took 3 trips over 3 weeks to satisfy our perceived problem. It wasn’t until the third trip,I contacted Thomas Harley who really listened to me regarding banner messages that prompt attention to the pr problem. When we leased this vehicle, we were promised valet service and loaner vehicle but now these services were unavailable. It would have been more satisfactory if we had been proided a higher priority in the service department. On our first visit, we were informed tat diagnosis would be two weeks. On the second visit, with an arranged appointment, it would be oe week fora diagnosis.
