Service wasn't very good if I hadn't walked around the Service wouldn't been completed as I ask. I ask for the transmission filter to be changed and rear end fuild replaced. When I was watching the mechanic they didn't drop the transmission pan to replace the filter. Than after a week or so I called Service Manager need never called me back after many messages I left. Also making appointment to get Service on my truck, they didn't get my truck until 2 hours after my appointment time.. This is worst experience from any Service department ever.. More

This was my first time to schedule service at Don Davis Ford for my 2018 Lincoln. My service Adviser was Jonathan Pope and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He warned me that the tires were getting low on tread and advised that they should be replaced I plan to continue taking my car there for future service. More
